FAQ
NEED POWER?
Yes! We do require power from a grounded 110/120 outlet within 75 feet of the caravan. We arrive prepared with an extension cord.
CARAVAN SIZE?
The caravan dimensions are 8’ wide x 22.42’ long X 10.5’ tall. May be placed indoors with adequate space and an opening larger than a standard garage door.
DAIRY FREE?
Absolutely! You can custom select four (4) flavors from an extensive menu that will cover most dietary needs.
ADD ON’S?
For an additional fee, we offer ice cream sandwiches and can also set up an ice cream toppings bar, inquire for more details!
PHOTO BOOTH?
Many guests ask how they can use the caravan in their photos. We are happy to allow the photos to be taken inside the caravan before service begins.
EVENT TIMES?
Sometimes guests ask us to provide a quote for a shorter or longer service time. We have found that the two hour ice cream service window has been optimal. We are happy to explore other options, if our schedule permits, just ask and we will let you know.
PEAK SEASON?
Since Ice Cream is typically in season during the warmer months, our schedule fills up quickly in spring and summer time from April to October. However, we do scoop year round, it’s never too cold for ice cream! Larger indoor venues with large door openings bigger than a standard garage may be able to accommodate our caravan inside. We would be happy to discuss and explore indoor possibilities with you!
